It was good to meet so many of you at our stall at the Buttercross. We ran out of cake and sold lots of plants, but more importantly we got the chance to talk to you about what we do and show you our displays. Thank you everyone who helped to run the stall, and everyone who came to see us.
Otley in Bloom are teaming up with Courtyard Planters to help you fall in love with your patio. Starting at 7pm on 17 April, watch a demonstration of a planter being created which could grace your garden all year round and learn the tricks to creating the best container garden display. After the demonstration you will be able to ask questions, enjoy a cheese and wine supper and browse in the Courtyard Planters nursery and garden.
Tickets cost £7 per person and should be booked in advance through the contact information. All profits will go towards the floral displays in Otley and supporting the work of Otley in Bloom.

Explore the highlights of Otley in Bloom on a guided walk led by David Bellerby, as part of Otley Walking Festival. Hopefully it will be a lovely sunny evening for a stroll around the town, starting at 7pm from the Jubilee Clock in the Market Place and lasting a couple of hours.

Otley in Bloom will have a stall at the Buttercross on Saturday 7th March. We’ll be selling some plants and hoping to recruit new helpers. And there may even be cake too! Come and see us and find out more about what we do. We’ll be there from 10am to 2pm. We look forward to meeting you.
On Sunday 22nd March we’ll be doing a bit of planting and tidying of the square wooden planters in town. If you’d like to come and help us, we’re meeting at the Buttercross at 10am. If you’ve got gardening gloves and a trowel please bring them (but we’ve got spares if you haven’t).
