Members of Otley in Bloom have been out in Wharfemeadows Park again over the last couple of weeks, cutting back, weeding & fertilising the 4 large perennial beds to prepare them for the spring. Lots of the bulbs are already pushing their heads through & leaf buds are showing on the Cornus & the Spirea. Cold but the exercise warms you up and the smiles help a lot.
